Improvements

In fall 2000, we had the lawn & the sprinkler system replaced, and I removed a hot-tub.
In January 2001, I built over-engineered garage shelves.
In April 2001, I finally started filling the old hot-tub hole with gravel.

(These are all from before we moved in, so it's not our furniture. A side-by-side comparison would be interesting.)
